This is to say thanks for a great product. My son had all of his iPod music on my computer, and i just bought him a new one. he was quite upset that he could not upload all of the songs he had ripped from his CDs to his new computer, especially since he is leaving home. i did some web searches and deicded that your software offered the solution. I have been very impressed with the ease of use and user interface on this tool. I recently lost the laptop that I had my iPod associated with. Great software! Been a savior on numerous occasions. Like, this week when I had to install a new OS (and format, which wiped out all partitions--lesson learned) and, essentially, lost all my music--except what was on my iPod, which I can now easily put back on to my personal computer.
